Welcome to The Old Dairy Cottage situated in the Royal Burgh of Auchterarder in scenic Perthshire. This unique accommodation dates back to 1709.
The downstairs cottage is the original cottage and has an ensuite bedroom as well as a bathroom. (Sleeps up to 6 people). It is totally self contained with its own entry door.
The upstairs cottage style apartment comprises of part of the original Old Dairy Cottage (1709) but also has a large extension to the rear where the entry door is. (Upstairs also sleeps up to 6 people).
The upstairs and downstairs cottage can be made into one very large house and can sleep up to 12 people. Both houses are very spacious, very well equipped, very comfortable and warm.
Auchterarder is in a very central location for touring and also has many golf courses within 10 minutes drive.
All electric, linen and towels are incl. in the price as well as little extra's. The owners Norman and Hazel live beside the property in The Old Dairy Yard where there is plenty private parking.
