The house has a large individual site with views of mount Errigal to the rear, and the Atlantic coast line to the front. A further attraction of the cottage, is that you can walk to the village of Annagry within 5 minutes (0.8km). There you will find shops, pubs and restaurants including the famous Killandara 'Danny Minny's'. Again within a matter of (ten) minutes you can walk to Rannafast and its Strand.
Carrickfinn 'blue flag beach' is only one of many stunning beaches a short driving distance from the house. This centralised location is a perfect spot from which to discover Donegal's countless other attractions
Annagry village is only a 5 minute walk, and has three pubs and two restaurants. One of which is the renowned Killindarragh House “Danny Minnie´s”. Some of the regions most famous artists, such as Clannad, Enya and Altan began their careers playing in the traditional pubs which define the area.
The airport is only a 7minute drive away. Aer-Arann.ie offer a regular service to Glasgow and Dublin. The Car hire is also available on request. The village is also served by a small shop and a supermarket.
